Conflict is as old as mankind. Peaceful solutions to conflict have been difficult to achieve.
Conflict can occur between nations, groups, families and individuals.
I would like to promote the concept of a daily time to pray for peace.
Greenwich Mean Time is the starting place for time zones.
I suggest that as many people as possible pray for peace at Noon and Midnight GMT.
No matter what nationality or religious belief we all need to pray for peace.
It has been said that wherever two or more of you are gathered in my name I will be there too.
Some suggestion include reciting a prayer(s), reading from scripture, pslams, or singing a peaceful song.

Make Me an Instrument of Your Peace,
Lord, make me an instrument of Your peace. Where there is hatred, let me sow love; where there is injury, pardon; where there is doubt, faith; where there is despair, hope; where there is darkness, light; where there is sadness, joy.
O, Divine Master, grant that I may not so much seek to be consoled as to console; to be understood as to understand; to be loved as to love; For it is in giving that we receive; it is in pardoning that we are pardoned; it is in dying that we are born again to eternal life.

O Lord Jesus Christ, Who said to Your Apostles: "Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you," regard not my sins but the faith of Your Church, and deign to give her peace and unity according to Your Will: Who live and reign, God, world without end. Amen.
