Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients
  • 2 qt. Baking Dish
  • 3 cups cooked mashed sweet potatoes
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup margarine melted
  • 2 well beaten eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 cup milk
    • Topping
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2.5 tbsp. melted margarine
    • Preheat over to 350.

    Mix casserole ingredients well and place in 2 qt. baking dish

    Mix topping ingredients well and spread evenly over the top of the sweet potatoes

    Bake at 350 for 25 min.
