Asian Cole Slaw

Equipment
  • 1 Baking Sheet
  • 1 Small Bowl
  • 1 Salad Bowl
  • Ingredients
  • 1 (16 ounce) Bag Pre mixed Dole Coleslaw Salad Mix
  • 1 (3 ounce) Package Ramen Noodle Soup Mix
  • 1/4 Cup Sliced Almonds
  • 1/3 Cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1/4 Cup Cider Vinegar
  • 2 1/2 Tablespoons Sugar
  • 3 Green Onions Sliced
  • Preheat over to 350.

    Remove flavor packet from ramen soup mix and break ramen noodles into pieces and place on a lightly greased baking sheet. Add sliced almonds

    Bake at 350 stirring occasionally. 5 to 10 minutes or until toasted. Set aside.

    In small bowl mix together ramen noodle flavor packet, vegetable oil, vinegar, and sugar. Refrigerate for 1 hour.

    In salad bowl mix together coleslaw, green onions and dressing.

    Place noodles around the outside edge of the salad. Top with almonds.
